"It was a great experience with Mewan's Tours. They are very friendly and cooperative. They answered very nicely to all of my queries before the trip. I joined them from Bangladesh. Our pickup time was 10:00 AM. They sent a car at 8:30 a.m. Due to some issues with immigration, we reached the Dawki border after 12:00 PM. Without any advance payment, they waited for us and received us very warmly. Due to weather issues, we couldn't explore more as a guide. Mr. Mewan always accompanied us; everywhere, he took videos and photos of me and my family. He suggested the places, considering my parents health conditions. As we are from different countries, we were fully dependent on him. Every morning, he came up with a smiling face to accompany us. The accommodation was also very nice. In Cherrapunji, the resort came up with a nice hill and lake view. The room and washroom were super clean, with 24*7 electricity and other 4-star services. I also like their meals. In Shillong, he arranged accommodation in a homestay, just like a resort. I liked the balcony. The owner lady was super friendly. We got all the facilities of a 4-star resort. She gave us some plants from her garden. Overall, we had a fabulous time with Mewan's Tours, but I have a great regret that we couldn't explore as per our plan due to the weather. I must go again in November."

"Mewan is trustworthy, safe, helpful guide . We hired him for our trip to Meghalaya and it was a good decision. Few things we liked about him are he drives safely and follows the rules, always provides the right information about the places we visit which helped us to make filter our destinations to choose best ones. He helped us for our hotel booking in sohra. Overall no need of 2nd thoughts ,you can go for him."
